Moving a promising project forward requires expertise across several disciplines, but for a small or growing biotech company, having all that expertise on the payroll may neither be realistic nor necessary. Whether you are approaching first-in-human, reassessing your development strategy, preparing to enter the US, or facing another critical transition, the same challenge often arises: How do you bring together the right expertise to make well-informed, cross-functional decisions?
In this afternoon networking session, we will explore these challenges. We will share our experiences from our meetings with representatives for the start-up and biotech community, and invite for a discussion about how regulatory affairs, CMC, pre-clinical and clinical perspectives can best be brought together to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, align priorities and create a realistic path towards the next milestone.
The focus will be on a practical and flexible approach: bringing in the right expertise at the right time, rather than building every capability in-house.
